ITS provides computing and printing services for students in the General Education Building rmB110 and in the Student Alumni Center rm314. The ITS department wants this to be an effective and efficient study environment for all of our student body.

Each student is given 6000 pages in free print quota to use during the duration of his or her program. If a student exceeds their quota, then that student will be charged 5 cents per page. Students will be billed for overages and may make payment in the Bursar's office or online via Banner. Payments are due before graduation or registration respectively for graduating or returning students.

Should a student interest group or fraternity also want to take advantage of printing, then they may request an organizational printing quota via the Online HelpDesk UTHSC HelpDesk icon. Any student group or fraternity must already have a recognized directory entry, i.e. a netid. If your organization needs a netid then submit a Request to add a Campus Organization to the Online Directory.  PDF icon The form must be submitted and approved before requesting a printing quota. Students may also visit our Lab FAQs page for common technical solutions.
